Last Day in SD
Well we decided to go home today so all we did is go back to Badlands National Park to check the rest of it out. I don’t think that my dad was too much into what we saw there yesterday because he likes grass and trees but I thought it was beautiful and wanted to see that part of the park again today but everyone wanted to get going after driving through the part of the park we hadn’t gone through yet. The part we went through today was more prairie than desert so my dad liked that and there was also more wildlife. We saw some big horn sheep and more wild buffalo. There was also lots and lots of prairie dogs and when you rolled down the windows or opened a door that’s all you would hear, them barking, squeaking, and whooping. After that we headed back up to the highway and before we left I got my picture of the Wall 80 foot dinosaur :) So now we’ve been on the road for what seems like forever and I think we have a little over 3 1/2 hours to go.
